What we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
• Content you provide — prompts, reference images and files if and when you use an enabled creation tool.
• Generation records — outputs, timestamps, credit usage and which model was used if a creation tool is enabled.
• Usage data — pages visited, feature interactions, approximate device and browser information.
• Billing data — purchase history. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

• Maintain your account and credit balance, and provide enabled creation services.
• Route prompts and reference materials only when you choose an enabled creation tool.
• Prevent abuse, enforce the Content Policy and secure the platform.
• Send service-related notices; marketing emails only with an unsubscribe option.

Retention

Starting October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free image results are retained for 30 days from creation. Earlier free image results will not be removed under this new rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.

Free branded video previews keep their existing 30-day period from delivery; their recorded expiry does not restart when you revisit or download them. Expired previews are no longer available to open. Download any image or video you want to keep before it expires.

Reference images and start frames are temporarily stored for processing. We remove them after confirmed completion or failure when they are no longer needed for recovery; unresolved processing and cleanup retries can delay removal.

Existing commitments for paid results remain unchanged. The free-image rule does not apply to Motheia's own examples and editorial assets. Account, payment, credit and service records are kept only as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations; a remaining history record does not guarantee that its media file is still available.

Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service (model providers, payment processor, hosting). We do not sell personal data.
