The service

Motheia AI provides image and video generation, account access, credit balances, result history and one-time credit-pack checkout. Available models and generation options are those shown in the creation studio at the time of use.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts to collect repeated welcome grants.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy.

Credits and payments

• A charge begins only when an account holder selects an enabled pack and confirms payment on Stripe.
• Paid packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
• The exact price, credit amount, any applicable tax and any expiry rule will be shown before payment.

Your content

Rights to generated content are subject to these terms and the license terms of the selected model. Buying credits does not by itself create a blanket commercial license. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe third-party rights.

Result storage and downloads

Starting October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free image results are retained for 30 days from creation. Earlier free image results will not be removed under this new rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.

Free branded video previews keep their existing 30-day period from delivery; their recorded expiry does not restart when you revisit or download them. Download results you want to keep before they expire. A history or payment record is not a permanent backup of the media file.

Existing paid-result commitments remain unchanged. These file-retention periods do not shorten your credit balance's validity or apply to Motheia's own examples and editorial assets. See the Privacy Policy for processing uploads and other records.

IP infringement and takedowns

If you believe content on Motheia AI infringes your rights, email [email protected] with identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material. We review and act on valid requests.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or content generated by AI models.
