Refund Policy

Eligible for refund

• One-time credit packs requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been spent.
• Duplicate purchases of the same pack made in error.
• Technical failures on our side that made the purchased pack unusable.

Not eligible

• Credits already spent on completed generation work, because compute is consumed when the work is performed.
• Packs purchased more than 14 days ago.
• Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service or Content Policy.

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with the order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
