Credit Pack Terms

Checkout and delivery

A purchase begins only after the account holder selects an enabled credit pack and confirms the final amount on Stripe. Credits are added after Motheia receives confirmation of a completed payment.

One-time credit packs

• Each displayed pack is a single charge, not an automatically renewing subscription.
• Credits are added only after the payment provider confirms a completed payment.
• Credits do not expire on a timer: your balance stays available on your account until you spend it or delete your account.

No automatic renewal

Motheia does not automatically renew or rebill a one-time credit pack. A new charge requires a new checkout started by the account holder.

Price changes

Pack prices and included credit amounts may change for future purchases. The exact price and credit amount shown immediately before payment govern that purchase.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is defined in the Refund Policy.
